What I was looking for: I have never had very much luck with Asym cores, I wanted to try something completely different. I wanted the ball to get really far down the lane and turn the corner violently but not hook a whole lot. With balls this strong I wanted to drill it weak just so I can throw it on league patterns.
What I got: I finally have an asymmetric ball that matches very well with me. I literally have 5 boards of room with this ball on my house shot. Completely ignores the heads and just does its magic on the backend. Very crisp, but smooth enough to be predictable with this Low RG type layout.
At first this ball still wanted to flare a little too much for me so it would kind of roll out in the dry but I could play really deep with it. I am more of a track area bowler so I put a weight hole up and it rolls incredible ever since.
I can still play multiple areas with this ball. I can still go deep and throw it out, or I can pump it up the boards. It will get down the lane and the there’s no stopping it on the back end. It hits pins hard at high angles. Some dreaded 9 pins to be left.
I have yet to throw it on any type of sport shot but I can’t wait to throw this in league.
