Can someone give me the info on the shirt give a way that "Mustang Guy" had for that online retailer issue. What's needed, send to where, and so on.

Not to long ago "Mustang Guy" said that if you buy a roto grip ball from anywhere besides bowlersparadise.com that he would send you a roto grip shirt. I'm guessing that this guy is asking where he should send the information to. Also, you need to have a receipt, showing where you bought the ball ect..
