general question.

who is the main guy i need to contact at rotogrip about their equipment. the only email i have is an info@rotogrip.com and they havent responded to me in about 4 days so im trying to find another email i can talk to

I have never had a problem with them not answering , most of the time the same day, or next day at the latest
