Rotomike, you asked about pin/CG placements? The Silver Streak was 4x2, pin below fingers on the centerline, CG kicked to the strong side 1-1/2†off centerline. The ball didn't seem to finish. Because of being a low track player hook set drillings usually work well for me. The Boom Cores and the Cyclotron Cores drilled similar and on the same conditions, produce excellent results.
Mark, you make an excellent point, some cores just do not match up to every bowler. Plus, with the new Roto-Grip designs arriving, I will always have options.
