Minimal, depending on how you polish the ball.
Those numbers are maximums; it depends on many different factors. Some of them are:
- what sanded grit are you starting with? (400, 600,800, 1000, 1500, 2000???)
- how much polish are you applying?
- how long are you leaving the ball on the spinner?
- how fresh a cloth are you using?
- what type of cloth are you using?
- How hard are you pressing on the cloth/applicator?
and so on and so on.
Personally, I use only Xtra Shine, not Reacta Shine. Depending on where you start (the sanded ball:400, 600, to as much as 4000 grit, etc), you can achieve almost any level of gloss you desire with Xtra Shine alone. Apply a little for a very short time with little pressure (maybe 800 grit, with a barely perceptible shine) to a lot of polish, with a lot of pressure for a long time (3500 grit with a super high gloss, very reflective shine).
