Title: S & A v.s Oracle Vision
Post by: Matt Fortney on April 21, 2005, 03:15:48 PM
just kind of curious for those of you who've thrown both of these balls...similarities? differences? overall hook? how much oil they can handle? lmk.

I see where Doc is coming from....but I would have to say that (I have both) and the OV is smoother overall (particle) and more continuous ( banana like) while the S & A is a more angular piece, a bit bigger on the back, ....they can cover the same amount of boards, and the same condition ...just in  a different path to the pins if that makes sense.....

I would think if drilled with the same intention in mind....they'd be a great complement (not a 1-2 punch kind of complement) but meaning, if you had a great line ...smooth, etc w/ the OV but werent carrying and you needed more entry angle....switch to the  s&a ....

Mike,.... both can handle medium, medium heavy
