The Sure Lock might be the better fit compared to the No Rules. Between the Hyper Cell and No Rules, the numbers are very similar although the No Rules has a slightly lower differential and RG. But, the No Rules will typically be a touch longer and tends to be more angular. Having the No Rules myself and previously owning a Defiant, I can say the No Rules definitely is longer and does more on the back than the Defiant I previously had with the same pin down drilling I used.
I haven't seen too much of the Sure Lock as of yet, but the reaction seems that it may be a bit closer to the Hyper Cell as it seems to be more of a hard arc than even the No Rules.
Overall, the No Rules is good. If you go that route, just keep in mind you might need to adjust your layout slightly and/or change the box surface to have it be a little smoother to be closer to the Hyper Cell.
