I asked Tyler Jensen with Roto-Grip about this at the Open House here in St. Louis last week, and he said the core in the Pluto is the same core as the Saturn, only inverted. The Neptune and Pluto have the same core.

I have found the Pluto to go a bit longer than the Saturn with a slightly sharper backend reaction.
I usually drill my first ball of each release with the same laxout (4x4 pin/cg to PAP) so I can judge the reaction differences from ball to ball.
