Just a quick note to add my 2 cents to the massive positive reviews on this ball. After buying my first and last Lane 1, the BuzzBust, it was tough talking myself into another new company and new ball, but surely there had to be life for a recovering Big B addict... This time though, I listened to my pro shop recommendation, backed up by a high percentage of good reviews from average guys like me.
Bingo. I'm in heaven.
I'll be happy to review it properly after I give it a few more weeks, but it's easy to see after two nights that it's going to be one of the best I've ever thrown. For a low rev middle aged lefty like myself, the continuation, the pin action, the overall forgiving nature and adjustability of this ball are amazing. I put it up against 5 other balls in my bag and it's the ONLY ball that moves on the heavy oil shot I'm stuck with this year. I am kicking myself for not buying it before Nationals...
I've thrown a lot of balls, and paid a lot for experimentation. Finally, here's a ball that is worth the hype. Congrats on this design. For me, it's a winner.
Put me in the fan club. Next I think I'll try the Horizon solid.

Yeah I have to second his sentiments, I threw my new Cell for the first time this past Friday and considering I was sicker than a dog and really shouldn't of been walking let alone bowling the ball was amazing. Now I trully know what it feels like to be a league hack with a ball like this in my hands. I was spraying it everywhere and falling out of every shot and still getting to the pocket and carrying most of the time. I think I even dropped the ball a few times.

On a serious note even being sick I could see the potential this ball has for when I'm healthy and not getting dizzy on the way to the foul line, it just reads the mids so well and just revs up without any hesitation. Amazing peace, I can't wait to get my Gravity Shift to compliment it.

Its funny to hear about this ball.  I am seeing a lot of this ball in my center now.  mostly from the 190 to 200 average bowler.  It looks great in thier hands.  i threw one the other day that belonged to a friend of mine and there is no way I could ever find enough oil to use this ball other than PBA patterns and I dont see them enough to warrent the investment.  however for those that are revved challenged it seems to give great hitting power.

I just punched up my Cell and I see why everyone is so happy with this ball...wow!  

I am a huge fan of the Horizon Solid and if you can get your hands on one I highly recommend it!  It is the Cell Lite and such a great ball in it's own right.

After I brought the Cell, I have stopped using the Buzzbomb. And like Motogp69
I have ordered a Gravity Shift to compliment it.

Hey, I throw around 400 rpm and have no trouble with it. But then again Minnesota seems to be one of the oiliest states out there.

Yeah. A THS here is 41 feet. We get 37 feet and people call it a short pattern. I have personally experienced a 50 foot flat pattern.

I agree with Lefty50... what a great investment.  I'm in love with Brunswick's EnMotion coverstock, but my next ball will probably be a Roto Grip.  Maybe an Illusion... or Horizon Solid.

I had to apply a good amount of polish to mine to be able to use it....still a great ball, even if it's not OOB.

It certainly hooks, but with the tamer drill I have on mine I can make it work on just about anything and I rev it up pretty decent.  I would say go with a length promoting drill, start at box and work your way up, this is one of those balls that is almost too good not to have, its smooth yet has recovery, and the power, though not loud or anything, is great at kicking out the corners AND getting those damn 9 pins out.
