We have a local mini tourney weekly and has a four game qualifier. In that set shot 258,299,236,279. Was able to play with my battle all day what a ball. I have both the battle and the scorching inferno as posted in the battle vs scorchin post previously. Anyhoo started out using my scorching inferno this was a mistake had a good reaction for about 6 frames and then it wouldnt save any energy for hitting. Switched to my epic battle in middle of first game and it saved more energy for backend with huge move to pocket. I bowled on a 42 foot flat pattern with little backends. The scorching inferno moves alot earlier like about 15 foot earlier and it is drilled with pin above middle finger with cg in center of grip. While my battle is drilled 4x4 with mass bias in med position. The battle was so much better on this codition. Move and hitting power is so much more impressive. I went on to first match caught a bad pair the one that has a cracked pin deck and the ball hops just before pocket. still shot 220 and won. Then i drew the best bowler in our area and he shot 256 to my 248. Sadly finished 5th. But still had my best showing in weeks. Needless to say i went and ordered another battle so i can polish it. can wait to drill the other one.

Boy do I love bowling, stone 8,stone 9, ringer 7,fly by 10,fast six got to love this game. Short look at what most of my games look like with a few strikes peppered in between. Isn't it wonderful.
