seems like they have to keep the cell line going with all it success. illusions seem to be going good. the planet balls are my favorite.

so whats next? maybe a new line?

i just recently switched to rotogrip stuff and it all rolls great. great variety from the cells to planets. its funny how companies come out with ball after ball, overlapping everything while roto grip has only 6 balls and i feel i could cover any pattern with them.

I can see them making a particle pearl ball maybe in the Illusion line or maybe even the Cell line. Roger likes to use p/p in bowling balls and they may be looking for a Mystic replacement! Just my $.02, Bruce

i'm thinking a particle or particle pearl cell.. Maybe another addition to the sword line.. The planet series is solid unless they want to make sumthin less aggressive than the neptune which is underrated

The Neptune is Great!

But I would love to see something that is weaker than the Neptune also!

Roto Grip actually has such a ball and it's called "the EARTH"... but it's an overseas release. I heard that the EARTH is basically a Storm Big Hit core with the Neptune's coverstock (I think that is correct???). I wish Roto Grip would release a ball like this in the U.S.

I'm not sure what the market would be for this ball, because everybody wants HOOK in a Box... but for Tournament Bowlers, they would love this type of ball! I know I would buy a whole case!

I think it is time for a newer Mystic, particle pearl Cell would be great in about 3-4 months.

I would love to see a newer Epic Battle type of ball released, another great ball but with The Cell doubt that ball will ever happen again.

I'd like to see Roto Grip make a ball like the Hammer Rayzr. The Rayzr doesn't have any type of core at all, is super smooth, and very controllable. Works great on burnt alleys. The coverstock alone does all the work and takes to surface and hand changes well. Not a ball for everybody but I always have it in the bag.

Ding Ding Ding! We have a winner. This is why great weaker pieces get canned. They just don't sell well enough in the long run unless they're very eye catchy and can double as a great beginner's ball.

Agreed 100%!

I sure hope we see a ball that is weaker than the Neptune soon! The Neptune is PERFECT for what it does... but there timew when you hit a drier shot and need something that handles drier heads and midlanes better than the Neptune, and goes longer than the Neptune.

Roto Grip has the Overseas ball, the EARTH... and Storm had a ball, the Big Hit Pearl (which these 2 were basicaly very similar with the "hockey puck-type" core design. But it would be very nice to see a ball that has a similar purpose to these 2 balls, that can handle the same drier shots like these 2, but yet with a better core design for more hitting power than the EARTH and Big Hit Pearl... something along the lines of a VISIONARY Blue/Green Centaur would fit this role great! The Blue/Green Centaur is weaker than the Neptune, but has a very powerful core that really HITS on drier lanes when the Neptune is too much!
