Talked to one of the reps here in the midwest region, got my cracked Epic Saga replaced and sent me a Cell! Drilled it up, and it is flat out amazing. Couldn't of asked for anything better. I will be getting ahold of them again soon although, as my other saga has hairlined out with cracks as well, from the ring to the right, and the middle all around the hole.
