have a guy on my old wednesday night leage who throws only a viz a ball...all the time. makes me mad he moves it more than i can move all my aggressive balls. lol i think he averages like 225-230 with it too. impressive.

Have you tried the Lane #1 XXXL on that shot?

Also, where were you standing and what line were you playing when you shot 701 with the Tire?

Have thrown a XXXL before.....didn't care for it much and as I am sure you know...I am not a big supporter of Lane#1 stuff, but that's just me.  I pretty much played 10-2 all night.

Gotcha Darren....Last night went 258,279,244 with Spare Tire on late late shift for 781. I guess for now, I DA MAN!!! lol

Never thrown exclusively Lane 1 but still have my share of them. Had to get s Spare Tire when I seen them a few months ago because they looked cool. I used to have an Assault back sometime ago that was a great ball but it croaked. If you look at my profile, you'll see several brands in my arsenal.

Are you serious? You almost shot 800 with teh Spare Tire?

Does this ball have any different of a core than other plastic balls? Or is the just the shape of the tire that's providing great hitting power?

Yes I did on a late late shift with little to no oil. So dry this ball just was the only thing I had in practice that did't head for the 7 pin. I had never thrown anything other than spares with it until last night. I have shot 722 with a white dot last year but this was ridiculous. Everything was carrying. Just one of those nights I guess.
