Title: Strike Cell - pics
Post by: stormed1 on July 03, 2008, 08:29:48 AM
Just got my Strike Cell today and thought i would post some pics of it. It's an X-Blem I got from Allstar off Ebay. The blem is it has 5.00 top but with my short span and big fingers that won't present a big problem

My Cell is drilled pin up . This ball had 5 oz of top weight which limited my layout options. I'm kind of looking for it to fit around my Gravity's with an earlier and smoother reaction. I plan on trying to throw it over the next couple of days and will post a review.

Whats the top/bottom weight now you've drilled it? Ive always had to do deep grip holes AND put a big x-hole up near the right hand side of where my hand will be for balls with 5oz starting weight.

Current weights are 3/4 side / 3/8 finger and 1 7/8 top. Fortuanatly in this case i have a short span and large hole sizes. I use a  1 3/8 slug and drilled thumb hole 3 inches deep to alleviate thub weight. My middle finger requires a 1 1/32 drill for the finger grip so i take out a lot of top weight witth drilling
