STRIKE CELL...WHO WANTS ONE?
« on: March 25, 2008, 11:46:30 AM »
Okay, you talked to me into it!  How about if we gave everyone the opportunity to try to win a FREE Strike Cell that I have sitting underneath my desk?

Not only that, but a new 3-Ball Tote, a Golden Globe Polyester (yes we are going to finally release this ball), & the next Mid Performance ball we are releasing late this summer?

Only 1 person can win it though...stay tuned until tomorrow for how to win all this stuff!

Easy guys (and gals!). Remember that Roger is in Utah, and is in the mountain time zone. If it's 9:00 am EDT, then it's only 7:00 am there

At least let him get into the office and get his coffee!!!

WHAT THE HECK IS A HAIKU?

Haiku is one of the most important form of traditional Japanese poetry. Haiku is, today, a 17-syllable verse form consisting of three metrical units of 5, 7, and 5 syllables. Since early days, there has been confusion between the three related terms Haiku, Hokku and Haikai. The term hokku literally means "starting verse", and was the first starting link of a much longer chain of verses known as haika. Because the hokku set the tone for the rest of the poetic chain, it enjoyed a privileged position in haikai poetry, and it was not uncommon for a poet to compose a hokku by itself without following up with the rest of the chain.

I think it's still early in Utah.  Probably be a little while before Roger gets in to work and gets this thing rolling.
