Hey Group
Well, summer is in full swing here in beautiful southern California <sigh!>
I mean where else can you see the oil machine go down and oil the lanes right before league and have that good 'ol oil on your ball for the first 3 or 4 frames and then BAM its gone
Ok, so I now need a oil ball and heres the conditions. There is usually some oil left in the very, very, very, very, very, middle of the lanes and there is absolutely none on the backends so I guess you can say that they are not totally fried, however, its about 2 teaspoons shy of it
So what would you suggest, I'm not sure of the Venus or the Mercury so I thought I would post in here first. Also I was looking at the Storms' Tropical line since I heard some good things about that ball for dry conditions...

Don't buy the Tropical if you want a ball for DRY lanes. It hooks a lot more than they lead you to believe.
If you want something for really fried lanes...think Urethane.
The Saturn from what I have seen works pretty well on drier lanes, but the carry I have seen anyways is pretty spotty. I of course am not an expert, but that is from what I've seen.

oops, that should have read "I need a DRY lane ball" not an oil ball!! I was on my bosses computer so I had to run in and do a hit-and-run mission while he had stepped out, hehe...
I already have an oil ball, my Epic-Battle which is a freaking monster

Mercury is what you're looking for. I 've seen guys with a lot of hand, actually hook this ball with success. But depending on your skill level and speed, this is a great ball to go more direct and stroke with.

Well not a Power Groove?
