Title: surface change on asylum

Any one try surface changes to your asylum if so how were your results. Could just be me I know its not a hook monster but just not getting much out of this ball.

I ended up throwing on polish over the oob finish. It made a big difference for me. OOB I thought the breakpoint reaction was too slow for my style. With polish it reacts alot quicker on the backend.

Try some of the lower surface suggestions ie. 500/1000/4000 then go to light polish over 1000 or 2000.  See what matches up for you.

I agree with lower grit, then some polish as well.  I use my Asylum more when the lanes are medium for oil, thats when this ball will shine. To much oil or carry down, it will not finish properly.

Thanks for the input guys, my dear wife got me a spinner for Christmas so I will now put it to use ;D
