Problem with friends Cell Pearl...Help

He keeps hearing this thumping noise when it goes down the lane, but its not tracking over the thumb or fingers.

Hes thinking maybe a resurfacing will do the trick...

In all honesty, I dont know why he did it, so dont ask me. Not my ball lol...

Tracking over the x hole perhaps? It would have top be a noticeable flat spot on the ball to produce an audible thump. Do you have a pic showing the layout?

I have had several balls that hit the X hole on the final revolution if I really laid into the ball. It sounds like some one is dropping a ball its so loud. That might be the problem...

You might be able to get another ball stuck on the other end of the prybar,  could have some excellent strike and split conversion potential.
