I am wondering if anybody made there Cell Pearl into a dry lane ball, I have higher revs but saw Scroggins throw it today on the Cheetah on dry and it didnt over react. I was thinking of taking it up to 4000 polished or 4000 and drill it for length or drill it up pin on axis. Has anyone done something like this? What type of reaction did you get if you did? and if not, what do you think of the idea?

Like everyone already said, this is a very strong ball.  If you want to try it on dry, then you might want to think in reverse. Dull it up a bit and let it bleed off some energy.  With a high grit and polish, you are just making the backend even stonger on dry.  Place the pin on your midline.  This should create an even reaction. If it bleeds off too much, you can then apply a bit of polish.  Either way, its like puting snow tires on a race car.
