Mutant Cell Hybrid vs Pearl
« on: July 10, 2010, 02:47:08 AM »
Saw from the website that in the International ball section there is a Mutant Cell Hybrid. Just like to know how much differnces is the Hybrid as compare to the Pearl. And normally what lane condition best suit to use Hybrid balls ?
Thanks !

The overseas release appears to be the Rogue Cell cover stock with the Mutant Cell core. The Hybrid coverstock produces a stronger and consistent hook, where the Mutant Cell Pearl will be longer in length and a sharper back end off of the break point. IF you have real short house pattern with really squeaky clean back ends the Hybrid is a better choice because the Pearl might be to jerky off the dry. I hope this info helps you out. I personally would love to see that ball or a similar version hit the states.
