Halo Solid Vs. Phaze II
« on: June 17, 2019, 11:30:22 PM »
Hi All.

I need generic comparisons. I'm in a ball league, and have a choice between these two.

Wanted to get experiences and thoughts. I need something for soup.

If you are bowing in wall shot leagues, get the Phase II

Halo is an asymmetric snowtire that hooks too early for most house conditions and will give the illusion of not hooking.  You could shine it and make it more freindly but it will still be smooth.

Phase 2 is a symetric core that works really well on a variety of conditions.  It shines up well too.  Not as aggressive as Halo.

Agreed. Phaze II is one of my if not the favorite ball of all time, especially after the first 10 games. I sold my Halo, I felt it was exactly as just described...
