I call it the puree because of what it does to the pins, turns em into.....stuff (not the stuff that I am full of). Got a chance to throw it the other day. Manly 16 of course, pin 3.5 pin and cg both stacked on centerline, 5.75*5.375 (that's 5 3/4 * 5 3/8 for your mathematically impaired) layout for me. Fresh shot medium oil 38 feet no buff lighter 7 out.
Ball gets GREAT length. Was surprised at how much length it got, went longer than most of my reactive pearls. But the difference was in backend. Being that its a particle it read the backend better without the over/under from reactive pearls. The Puree Fuel gave more of a hard roll up, not a snap and not an arc, but still a TON of backend and hits HARD. Was exploding racks and my CPS escalated exponentially.
CPS<~~~chicks per strike.
Lanes transitioned. I took a lot of hand out of it, but still put more hand in it than all of you, and played down and in (which is what I would consider a 7 board swing) 15 at arrows to 8 at 40 feet. Kept similar speed but was worried that ball would not roll up. Wrong. Ball just rolled up continuously and strong and lost no hitting power or carrying power. Still blew racks apart.
Lanes transitioned some more and someone else ate up the inside. Carry down set in. Therefore, lowered track by about 3 inches. Looked like a power spinner, aka Herricopter Barr. Slowed speed down a bit. Sent ball inside out, 5th arrow to 10 at around 38 feet Didn't know if ball was going to come back because of lowered track, angle, and carrydown. Wrong. Ball set up a little earlier due to throwing it to the dry sooner and just made a big long driving arc home and killed some former trees.
Bottom line, ball's length is comparable to most reactive pearls. Gives a more predictable roll on the backend than reactive pearls. Has more of a strong hard driving continuous roll up whereas most high end reactive pearls snap. If you want a ball that goes long and DRIVES HARD, without the snap of reactive pearls and without the over/under of reactive pearls, you need to check this puppy out. I would say that its best on any type of mediums and also good when they dry out, but not totally dry. Good ball that covers a lot of conditions.
Shouldn't be used on a flood and won't work on bone dry conditions. Can handle light to med carrydown but not heavy. Super clean backends will probably make this ball a little tough to control, but still easier to control than reactive resin pearls.
Just thought I'd give a mini review for the people that keep bugging me to post up and review a ball. So there, stop bugging me.

pchee2<~~~strokin the ball with cranker revs and spraying the lanes for an average of a buck 62. This guy is full of STUFF!
