I just called the 1-888 number to ask a question before getting my spare tire drilled up and Roger answered the phone and was more than professional and answered my question in a manner that was very easy to understand!!
I just wanted to say great job and thanks to Roger and Roto Grip for providing excellent customer and technical service!!

Glad you got a good answer for your purposes.
I will corroborate that finding: Roger has been doing that for a long time. For such a relatively young man, he is a credit both to his profession and to Roto-Grip. He does not have an EASY job, and he appears to do it very well with knowledge, grace and wisedom beyond his years!

Roger is 1 st class i call him before drilling any new rotogrip ball, he knows the house were i bowl from previously living here. We discuss what the ball cover and core will do and then determine what is the best way to drill the ball. So far every ball i have kept because they actually work as he stated to me no guessing with him, he knows his brand inside and out.

Mark don't let our secret out. We are the only Left Handed Bowling Ball Company in the business probably...
I must have got 3 phone calls yesterday from people asking if I was left handed...at least now I know why.
