Review:
The TNT Infused is the new ball in the HP3 line. This is a hybrid version of the TNT featuring the eTrax plus cover stock and the Torpex core found in the original TNT. This ball is going to be a later rolling and more backend version of the TNT. If you found the TNT to be too early then this will be a great compliment. eTrax hybrid is a two part pearl one part solid cover, mine seemed to be mostly pearl in my track which gave me a more length but each will be different pours. This ball is going to be a good transition ball on breakdown when you need to stand a little left but need the recovery to the pocket. For higher rev rates the Infused can be a great benchmark ball with surface or a ball that you can get left with. For lower rev rates and higher speeds this will be the ball you will go to when the lanes start to get burnt up. Get yours November 3rd at your local Storm VIP pro shop.

Review:
The TNT Infused features the eTrax + Hybrid Reactive which makes the TNT Infused a 2.0 version to the original TNT in the Roto Grip line of bowling balls. In comparison to the TNT the Infused is longer and more responsive and will be more angular than the original.

Anything you desire in a ball to create a touch of length and control the TNT Infused may be the answer you are looking for. At recent MatchMaker events the TNT Infused has been doing well and much better carry wise as compared to the original.

For me, we went a touch more depth in the finger holes to create slightly more length (2 1/8 to 2 3/4). The reason for this change is the original TNT (layout the same) burned up for me which had an impact to carry. Initally I thought the TNT was going to be a staple in my bag, but could not get there with surface changes etc. The Infused has defintely been a tremendous upgrade and proves what a tweak to the coverstock can do.

Overall, I feel the oob finish is much better on the TNT Infused and I will continue to test for a period of time. The original TNT was a tad strong and the cover dominated a tad to much for some players. Just to note, in my area the lanes tend to be older surfaces and get "sparky" fairly quickly. The TNT Infused has its place as that control piece for this type of situation.

The TNT Infused will work best on medium volume patterns.  If your desire is to have control downlane the TNT Infused is worth taking a look or even second look at it. I was pretty shocked how much better it looked in its 2.0 version. The Infused is a hybrid symmetrical ball that I see working best on medium to med-dry conditions. The hybrid eTrax+ cover on the Infused is very clean compared to the original TNT. It gets through early friction easily is much quicker than I was expecting. The low rg core translates the clean cover to a medium to medium-quick response motion down lane. I have found that the Infused is best when the lanes transition past big solid balls like the Absolute Power or Phase 2. It allows me to get more shape without picking up the fronts too hard.
