silver streak particle - an oiler?
« on: December 31, 2003, 01:48:25 AM »
hi

starting to move to some rotogrip equipment.  my ss solid has ridiculous carry.

looking at the particle for heavier oil and carrydown situations.

any opinions on heavy oil?  carrydown?  hows the hit on this ball?

thanks in advance.

Not for me, doesn't make enough of a move for good carry on med-heavy oil. If the backends are stripped or if pattern is fairly short though its lights out. Ball carries well when into the pocket. Great tournament piece when other balls can be jumpy.

absolutely,.....pound for pound, the SSP is more of an oiler than the Fuel was...and that's according to Roger.  My buddy has one and it's got a nice sheen on it from bowling with it.....and it's just an absolute monster...he sent a messenger last night that I think went across the deck twice !

really though.......strong or rolling drill, 800 matte, easily a heavy oil ball,...for most (thought I better throw that in)
