I am looking at paperwork sent to me tonight on a long awaited gem, the horizon solid. specs


factory finish: 800 machine finish
track flare: 5 inches
lane condition: Medium oil- Heavy oil
Cover stock: Ultimate Grip Reactive
weight block: Helios core
color: Crimson/Black
d-scale: 75-78

I cant wait I already have this ordered should have soon will post review when i throw it but if it anything like the pearl it is going to be pure gold.  I have no pics i have one but it is black and white so that all i got. Cant wait on edge of seat!!!!!!!

What an epic battle that was me against the pins every time I bowl, wake up again and go at it again,try to burn em down like a PYRO!!!  Then I listen to ROME in the afternoon and that dude is like EPIC!!  Ha ha ha ha you always say that!

I hoping that the distributor has it if they are sending fliers on it but has anyone heard about when the release date is on this piece?  I want it like yesterday.

Man, I hope this doesn't mean that the RS line is about to be discontinued. I love the rotary core.  I haven't had the chance to throw a Horizon yet, but I have seen it in action, just thinking about Ultimate Grip reactive @ 800 grit....oh its gonna be ugly!(In a good way)

Agreed.  This ball is gonna be SICK.

I've got the Battle, Saga, RS-1, and Silver Streak SE, and all of them are wonderful.

I do agree on that Rotary core though...definitely hope it comes back in some form.

I definately think this ball is going to be a monster.  It is tottaly going to be a double order right away, I cant put the pearl down it is solid gold, dont throw much else even though i have the total rg arsenal right now still revamping my epic saga was playin with spans and pitches on that ball.  Gonna giveit another try cause the epic battle is the bomb..  But for all the house shots around here i dont need anymoreball than the horizon which is much stronger than just about everything i gotexcept for my battle and epic. cant wait for the solid for this i just dissappointed they didnt bring it out with the saga and venus.

There is a epic saga about to unfold in the upcoming season, last year was an epic battle,but i foresee greatness on the horizon!!!

well i've made an order with distributor for a couple cases. i hope the crimson and the black look good together. a solid is an easy sell to most house bowlers. just enough surface, for players with higher speeds, and if hooks too much polish it.

I heard there was one in one of the local shops last week (Garber showing off both this and the new Paradigm) and looks just like a dull version of the Red/Black tropical.

Saw the sample ball. it looks like an RSX with surface. looks sharp. gonna sell tons for our house shot.
