Ok Folks,
I have done the videos for the Nomads, if you haven't seen them here is a link
http://www.ballreviews.com/Forum/Replies.asp?TopicID=240055&ForumID=77&CategoryID=2
I have 1 more of each ball sitting here waiting to be drilled for a layout comparison and some surface changes. I figured i would try something new, and let you guys have some input as to what layouts i put on these. Kind of a viewers choice for ball reaction videos.
Depending on how many suggestions i get or what the consensus is i will either choose a layout or put it to a public vote. This is a trial run and depending how this goes i may do this again in the future, we shall see.
Again keep in mind these balls will be used in a direct comparison with the balls drilled in the videos posted above.
Lets hear the ideas!

I wouldn't mind you doing them with pin down layouts, you tend to mostly everything pin up, a pin down layout with the same pin to PAP distance would be interesting to see how the layouts really changed the reaction in the balls. Just a thought though.

I want to see a layout on the solid like the one you put on the virtual energy. pin under the middle finger and kick the cg to a safe spot for no weight hole.

tweener
high track with medium revs
medium speed
specs and ball layouts in profile

Rotogrip (rogue cell)
lanemasters (black pearl)

Pin axis for the pearl would be great to see.. and maybe something pin down 5x4 for the solid.

I third magicmike's idea. If you don't go that route, I second the 6 x 4 for the solid, or maybe a 5 x 5. For the pearl, pin axis or around there would be interesting to see.
-
6x4 for solid
5x5 with 1" buffer for pearl
-
good ideas so far guys keep them coming

I would def like to see a pin down Solid. Maybe a 5*3 or 5*4 or somewhere in that neighborhood? and a 5x4 pin up for the pearl.
Or for something really different. How about a 2.5"x 1" for either of them? its my favorite layout .

Solid and Pearl: 45deg x 5 x 65deg pin below middle finger weight hole on val.
To see the difference in reaction and to watch the clean smooth reaction in the mid-lane.

Can you show them on something besides house china?

If i can get them to run a pair for me with something other than a house shot i will. Problem being, if i just have them do just one or two lanes with a sport shot it never comes out right, plays way to easy compared to what it should be...

RICO or pin on axis drill would be great for both.

Solid at 6x4 pin-up
Pearl at 5x4 pin down
