Just an idle question, I see lots of people on the roto grip staff. What are the qualifications for that? Would I have to roll a few 300 games first pay some kind of dues? Just curious if it is even an obtainable goal.

Work in a proshop, thats how almost anyone gets on staff for any of the companies.

it helps to:

1. work in the industry
2. be a good bowler
3. go to tournaments and have success
4. in some situations be available for "demo" days/ product showcases in your area
5. be able to promote and sell the product

and many more things

Has 20+ 300s 10+ 800s at MINIMUM. Work in a pro shop and have extremely good connections. Oh and have at least 5 years worth of 230+ avg.

You don't even need that many honor scores or that high of an average if you can help promote and sell the product and provide intellgent and useful feedback. Before I signed, my highest ever book was 219, but I had been running successful shops for years, make money at some notable tourneys and had a large knowledge base at which to provide quality product feedback.

I had only shot 1 300 prior to signing.

That being said, staff positions are severely limited, so competition for them can be pretty stiff, so don't get dejected if you don't make the cut. Even just applying can build your network and help you long term.
