Well, this is my first Roto ball in a very long time. I tried the sonic x pearl and then the Pure Fuel. I didn't keep either of them very long. The Pure Fuel was a good ball, just wasn't as good as other stuff in the line up.
I drilled the Battle 4" pin to pap, 5" pap to mb. I don't know the exact degree, but it appears to be approx a 55* layout. Here is a picture of the layout:

I'm not positive when the lanes were oiled, usually the house oils every morning and every afternoon. We pot bowl every Friday after a senior league, there is usually a ton of carrydown and the track goes away quickly.
I warm up with my blueberry, up the oil line(10). It is making a weak move and leaving me buckets. I pulled out the Battle, same line, bucket. The reaction was much later down the lane. It tried to make the corner, but just couldn't. I get in behind the ball, it was much better. After practicing, I strung the first 8 of the first game. I started losing my look in the 7th and 8th, but carried. The 9th resulted in a 4-10. I shot 256. Then I spent the next two games playing with the ball and seeing what it would give me. The pair got extremely wet/dry. As you'd guess, the track was gone and I couldn't get it down the lane without moving my tilt some, but that made it jump off the dry harder on the backend. I had a decent look playing in at 13 as long as I didn't head belly the ball at all. I had to be very direct or it was 10 pin.
Final specs:
5/8ths pos side
1/8th finger
