Why so little love for the Shooting Star?

I drilled a Shooting Star a couple of weeks ago, and I've been very pleased with its combination of power and control, and its ability to handle both outside and inside lines.  It's become the first ball out of the bag for me, and sometimes the only ball out of the bag.
 
So where's the love?

Over the past month traveling in Florida I see a ton of love for the Critical Theory most often by older (50s) slow strokers tearing it up like they never have before.

 

The smoothness hit and carry has surprised me!  The ball actually moves alot like a Hybrid to my eyes.

Just saw this, sorry for the late reply.  My Roto sample set is rather small at this point, but I will say that the Shooting Star has given me a more consistent midlane read than either of the Karmas or the Massive Damage did for me, and is better through the pins.  Also, I've been able to find a carry angle with the Shooting Star when transition has forced me deeper on the lane, while similar Brunswicks have been hit or miss in that regard.
 
Still looking real hard at the Defiant.      Will post if and when I pull the trigger.

Shooting Star is good ball!! So is the Rising Star! Rising Star a hybrid reactive brorther to the Shooting Star and it may be my favorite RG ball of all time!!!!!!

Yes, but per Roto Grip website this is an International release which they compare to the Shooting Star.   When I seen you post I was hoping for more.  Great color combo, reminds me of my old Solid Horizon.
