What is the "rotary" core?
« on: August 29, 2004, 12:14:07 PM »
It is in the Siver Treak Particle. And I think the other Streak's. Can't find a picture of it. I was wondering if the SS Particle had the same core as the Retro Roto Blue? And how strong is the backend on the SS Particle REALLY???

I've heard this and that... but is it really that strong? As some say?

Or more like a contolled small arc?

I have been told that the opinions I'm expressing regarding the Silver streak core are not true.

Specifically
1. The Rotory core is not a "chopped off" version of the Fuel Core.
It did not happen that way and cores are created by a different process(no lopping).  I still believe I see a "Lopped off fuel core however, though it is apparent that was not the intention).
2. The sharpness of a core is in Roto's opinion a factor in the sharpness of ball s movement and instead rg and diff determine much of this.  Again I still believe what I said but will acknowledge that that is NOT Roto grip's position.

I still like their balls!  They when they have a sharp core move real sharp!
With a round core move real smooth.
