Struggling on HPL's

I work at an AMF center in NY and we just got all new HPL's... i'm struggling to get balls to finish... made every adjustment possible... nothing seems to kick corners... the quest works great for about 7 frames... then i'm lost...

possibly thinking of getting a Horizon Solid or Illusion.. possibly waiting to see what else is in the RG making... any ideas all helpful

You need to figure out first why you are leaving 10's.  Are they flat or ringing?    If they are flat then the ball is out of energy when it gets to the pins.  If they are ringing then the entry angle of the ball is too steep. After you find this out  try playing with surfaces to change your angles. It is hard to recommend a ball to someone that you haven't seen throw the ball, but the Illusion can fit in almost anyones arsenal.

lucky duck got new HPLS those are a great lane surface. need a little better description of being lost after 7 frames with your quest? the ball's reaction mellows out or becomes flat?
