Winner and Winner Solid Gone
« on: October 16, 2019, 10:12:24 AM »
Looks like Roto Grip dropped them from their site today or yesterday. I'm guessing a new announcement is coming soon, probably a solid MVP. Or maybe a pearl, that would be interesting with the original being a polished hybrid.

Anyways, the Winner series wasn't a long-lived line. HP2 is the most fluctuating category lately. I'm sure it's only a matter of time before a stalwart core is found for there too though. They've been nailing everything else.

Maybe it's just the nature of what the focus has been on - high RG, strong cover balls. Stuff like that seems to have a hard time matching up with a lot of people. I like them, the original Show Off has been a really nice piece for me (when I can actually throw it) and there's been other balls from other brands in a similar vein. Does anybody else have thoughts on the matter?
