Alright, but I originally deleted my reply because it was strictly 2nd hand and not really enough to form a firm opinion. Here's my 1.5 cents:
I've watched my friend throw it a few times. He has a little over 300 rpms, maybe 325 and usually slightly less than medium ball speed. He has been able to use this on as much as medium oil and several different medium-light oil patterns. He keeps wondering why it doesn't work as well on more oil considering that it supposed to be close in strength to the Break Pearl's coverstock (I think?). That's in the 70s on 900Global's coverstock strength scale. He has been shooting "the lights out" with it over the past couple of months. So he does like it A LOT.
Based on seeing him use it, I was kind of shocked about BJI's review of the ball. they said it was for dry to light oil, rating it around the same as the Avalanche Pearl. I know it's stronger than that.
