Seeing as I can't get the mods to put a up review template for the RBS I guess I will have to do it this way
SPECS:65X4 1/4X70. 2000 Abralon surface.
PBA SHARK Pattern: On Anviline lane surface. RBS is strong enough to start with on shark playing about 18 at the arrows going out to about 12 RBS has enough strength off the spot to easily make it back to the pocket. As the pattern breaks down RBS is quick enough off the spot to make it back from deeper on the lane. As the lane oil goes away RBS retains very easy length down lane for a ball that is this strong. With a simple speed adjustment you can move back right and still get it easily to the hook spot and it will still have plenty of motion off the spot. When I use Raging Bull to start on Shark RBS is the perfect step down. Put the RB down pick up the RBS and have a good 3-4 more feet of length and a more aggressive move off the spot with the same amount of hook.
KEGLERS BOWLING CENTER: Bowled a NON-PRO tournament their just recently on a slightly modified THS Medium heavy volume. Newer anviline surface, the house is not a place you wanna move in at, scores are found going straighter in and around the track the fewer boards covered the better. Playing about 12 at the arrows going out to five about 45 feet down lane, using a higher ball speed than my usual. RBS was roaring off the spot tearing pins up. A friend was using a Critical Theory a little inside of my line and he was struggling to get Critical Theory to play consistently off the spot RBS meanwhile was moving consistently and carrying consistently, giving me more area to play in. Was able to play two games on that line with minimal adjustments before balling down to the RBC.
COMPARE: With RB 70x4x40 at 1000 abralon. On a Standard THS RBS is 3-5 feet later varying on lane surface, Far more angular off the spot but covering the same number of boards after hooking. RBC with the same layout as RBS but with a polished surface. RBS is 2-3 feet earlier than the RBC both are about equally as angular off the spot but RBS will cover a good 3-4 more boards.
HIT/CARRY: As with all of the Seismic Equipment pins stay low and move around the deck very well, messengers are their when needed. RBS carries light and heavy hits very well better IMO than other equipment I have seen used.
OVERALL: RBS fits perfectly well into the Raging Bull Line This line in and of itself is one of the most consistent and outstanding in bowling today. RBS is a angular solid stands by itself among the other equipment in the same class on market today easily equal if not better than others that are more popular.
