Nice video, gunny.
Relative to yours, I drilled mine just about halfway in between your two (pin in ring finger) and mine acts not as flippy as drilling #2 nor as arc-y as your drilling #1. Still has a surprisingly strong backend.

With the stock surface, mine was susceptible to carrydown and very sensitive to it.
Been playing with the surface but nothing seems to work as well as the stock one or very slight change (1500 grit + polish).

Thanks charlest!  Blackout #2 I took down to 2000abralon.  I bowl on the Carmen Salvino pattern Wednesday, and I think with the added surface, it should blend the pattern for me.  As long as I'm not too fast with my speed.  So far the Blackout, Euphoria and Epicenter have been the money makers this year.  The tournaments with oil are coming up and can't wait to get the oilers out on the lane.

2000 grit should remove any sensitivity to carrydown.
Good luck in the tourneys.

My friend just LOVED his Epicenter. He's looking forward to the remake. Any idea how soon that is to happening? I heard about it almost a month ago but have seen nothing since.

no news yet.  Hopefully something happens.  The Epicenter is a outstanding ball.
