SPECS: Rico drilled OOB surface.
T&O Lanes: As I have said before this house has some wild backends. When the shot is fresh early in the night SP is a machine, Picks up very nice roll about 42 feet and just walks through the one three, nothing has a chance. Once carry down rears its head though this thing has to go back into the bag.
PBA Viper Pattern: On Brunswick Anvilane pretty good surface, the SP shines! Was getting a okay look from my Pure Tactics thought I would try my SP just to see. I was shocked! Going 12 out to about 8 the SP faced easier to the pins and gave me more room left and right to miss with. Carry was spectacular. I experimented moving right playing straighter the SP held line longer and rolled faster. Bumped left and played deeper and the SP still easily made the pocket. went 687 in three games with it.
HIT/ROLL/CARRY: Well this my first Rico drilled ball but I was surprised with a few things, One I still had easy length I didn't have to worry about slowing down my speed or adding revs at release. Hit was great, seems to be more of a brawler than the Requiem could be the angle of entry though, messengers were their as needed, and it always had plenty of juice left when it got to the pins. Carry was nice loved how low the pins stayed, as long as it hit the 1-3 this was a X on the board.
OVERALL: A great piece as long as you have fresh or clean backends at least with this drill pattern SP was almost useless on carry down but carry down is not its relam Clean back ends are and it shines when it sees them. This will be a great ball for me on Chameleon and Viper and Cheetah, as well as any drier THS or a house with alot of friction. Great ball Keep the good work Seismic!
