I saw this on Bowl.com while searching for tournments in VA.  

The only information that I saw for the tournment format is the following:
Tournament Information
8 GAMES SCRATCH,ACROSS 16 LANES.8 GAMES TOTAL SCRATCH SERIES DETERMINES CASHERS.

Any idea what the lane conditions are supposed to be?
Also, what time is this tournament on May 24th
