I've looked at NABI and the thing I notice is their is no division for the guys like you or I who average 200 to 230. Also, if you look at the prize funds the ABT easily pays more. The Chicago branch had a tournament a couple of months ago that had a 185 avg. female win over $15,ooo, ands that wasn't even a national tournament ( which the ABT has also by the way). All the branches of the ABT consistantly pay from $1000 to $5000+ for first and are required by the franchise agreement to hold a minimum of two tournaments a month instead of just one like NABI does as you mentioned above, but most branches run 3 or 4 a month which is more convenient for bowlers who like a variety of dates to bowl. also ABT runs at least 4-5 different squad times at a minimum to make it even better to fit a bowlers schedule. This is not a reply to knock NABI, just look at what you get for you entry fees and then try them both out a then make your decisions.
