12 Game Scratch Shootout


6 games short; 6 games long

Entry Fee: $75= $24 Linage + $51 Prize Fund


Brackets, high game pots & eliminator boards will be available


All decisions made by tournament management are final. Tournament director will assign lanes. Bowlers will skip a pair (of lanes) to the right after each game. Employees of Northside Lanes & tournament management are eligible to participate. All prize money will be returned 100% with a ratio of at least 1 in 6 entries. Bowlers will bowl 6 games on a short oil pattern, first. We will take a brief break to strip & oil the lanes (approx. 45 mins) and bowl 6 games on a long oil pattern. Side pots will be paid out after game 6. TOTAL PINS WINS!

Youth bowlers WILL be allowed to participate.

Looks like it will be a 33' pattern for the short and a 47' pattern for the long.

Pretty tough conditions.  Both patterns were dead flat.  The short (33') was out of bounds outside of 5.  I was hoping it would be like Cheetah but no luck.  Miss a board wide and pick 3 off the corner + absolutely no hold if you tugged it.  The long (45') was actually a little easier.  A couple of people had good finishes to get 4 people positive.  I think 1st was +96 and 5th (last to cash) was a few pins negative.  I finished 8th.  A break here or there could have made a big difference.
