met the new owner of the former greenbrae lanes (now sunset lanes) in sparks.  was very courteous and seemed to be very willing to upgrade the center.  he has already refinished the lanes and approaches.  he has also purchased a kegel lane conditioner.  a very good start to bringing the center back from the mess that the last owner left it in.
