All I can say is that this ball is one of the best balls ever made i thik storm made an awesome ball ive had it for about 3 weeks and on 9/4/03 i bowled a 299 in league with it. This ball leaves nothing standing and most lefty's have trouble with the 7 but not with this ball. I would advise anybody to get this ball definately an A+.

This ball is great if you have the first x-factor you need this one for more oil this and the orig X-factor are a great combo. This ball hooks and hits hard all most as hard as my orig X-factor and give great movement in oil. I have it set up pin right next to my ring finger and cg kicked out like my orig X-factor and the RAD is to the right and down of my thumb. Great power and control in this ball and I love the smell to this ball blueberry. I give this ball a 10+ out of 10 a ball that any one can have in there arsenal and nice looking to lol.

I recently had a Deuce drilled.  So far I am very pleased with this ball.  I use the Deuce and the Power Charge Pearl as a my main balls.  These balls compliment each other very well.  If the Deuce is hooking too much or too early, I can switch to the Power Charge Pearl.  If the Power Charge Pearl is not finishing enough or too late, I can switch to the Deuce.

I have used each ball in our sport league also.  The Deuce hooks a little too much for our sport shot.

This is a great ball by storm. I waited a little bit to review this because i wanted to see what this ball would be like after about two months.  This ball has not lost anything in two months.  I clean it pretty much after every time i bowl which is twice to three times a week.  I also waited to get on a sport shot to review this. This ball was fantastic for me at the Blue Hen Open collegiate tournament this weekend.  I finished second in overall average for the team portion of it on saturday with a 202 average and bowled well with it on sunday during the baker portion.  The shot was inside and that is what i played.  Around 15-18 out to 12 and this ball would shatter the deck every time.  If you can get this ball to the pocket it will hit very hard.  Just keep it clean and it will work.  This ball will work on dry lanes but you have to take a lot of hand out of the ball or move way left.  GREAT JOB STORM!!!!!!!

This ball is my favorite ball in my bag. This ball sets up well for me and the way i like to throw the ball. I shot my highest sanctioned game of 280 and my first 700 with it. The ball finishes well and leaves few corner pins for me as long as i don't swing it out to far. More of an arc type of a reaction, a different view for me bc i usually throw a lot of skid snap balls. Like the way this ball rolls. Another great ball by storm!!!

I will say that this is the best ball in my bag.  I am a DOD civilian living and working in Germany.  I bowl in a German travel league and the houses I bowl in are accustomed to flooding the lanes.  There are some good German bowlers here who really crank the ball and I found out using my old and outdated equipment was not giving me what I wanted so I purchased the X-Factor Deuce.  It has raised my average from 175 to 210 and I am more consistent shooter with it.  I was amazed myself consider I am not a cranker but can put lift in my ball to get full potential out of it.  I can say it is definitely not a ball for dry lanes which is what I find in a lot of the military bowling centers here.  Great ball!!!!!  Can't wait for my X-Factor Reloaded to arrive.  Way to go Storm!!

Bought a used Duece from a friend that has the same span as mine and thumb size so we only had to change the finger inserts.  I have no idea how many games had been bowled with the ball since I am now the 3rd owner. The ball is drilled with the Storm #3 layout and is a hooking machine on our 38' xmas tree house shot.  Am playing 13-14 out to 7 at the 45' area and then a very strong back end move that slams the pocket.  With this angle leaving no more than 2-3 10 pins per set and those are usually a result of a slight tug and a flat through the oil shot.

Have used the ball for 6 straight 3 game sets and just rub it a little in the track area with a scotch pad before the start of each set.  Averaging 233 with a high of 740 and a low of 672 across three different leagues.

Have ordered the Fear Factor and will report on it after its arrival and use for a while.  Have been an Ebonite man for the past 3 years with the Apex line, but the Duece is starting to make me think a little different.

I got my Deuce a few weeks ago. 15LB if about a 3.5 inch pin. I didn't do anything special with the ball. I just drilled with the pin at 2 o'clock and the CG centered in my grip and I kept the original finish on the ball.
The ball rolls almost the entire length of the lane, picks up a little on the backend and hits hard. I mainly throw it on oily conditions, but I can get away with on almost any condition and rolls really good from the inside part of the lane. Its a really good ball for unstable patterns.

I've also see the ball drilled aggressive and it still picks up when need and holds when need, one of Storm's best by far.

I just got this ball today. ITS AWSOME. pins about 2 inches top weight about 4 oz.  drilled it storm layout #3. This ball is awsome on the backend. Strong hook and finish in medium to oil conditions. first game 208 second 215 and third 224 considering i have a 145 average. A great ball from storm, I recommend this ball!

I got this ball about three weeks ago. It's not my first choice on the fresh house pattern. I have been very dissappointed with this ball. It is hitting dead and not a whole lot of back end. I get enough hand in it to be doing a little somethin more then what it's doin right now. It may be the drill pattern, but all i know is that i wont be buyin another storm for a long while.

I bought this one over the summer on the advice of my driller. I have it drilled pin above fingers, CG just SE of the ring finger with the RAD 4" east of the thumbhole.

It has a very smooth arc in with a little extra snap at about 40-45', but it'll carry almost anything if it's close enough. I've been told that it "crucifies" the deck when it puts all 10 in the pit.

I'm averaging 201 with it after about 70 games, but I'll probably replace it for leagues and save it for lanes with a little more oil.

On league night, a realm of untold destruction and horror is formed.  Innocent pins are unsuspectingly pulled into this terrifying realm.  Their lives are changed forever by the terror that is unleashed upon them for the next 36 frames.  They stand in fear as they await their fate when they enter...The Danger Zone.  (Only those damn 10-pins have lived to tell the gruesome tale.)

Santa paid me a visit and he left me a Deuce.

Specs:
15 lb.
3" pin
4 oz. TW

Drill specs
Pin over bridge (5" pin)
CG out 1"
RAD next to thumb
Box finish

Man, o' man, I loves me the Deuce.  This is the third one I've drilled, but the first one I've drilled for length.  I've drilled one to roll (2" pin) and maxed one out (label leverage).  The 2" pin is perfect for wet/dry and tough conditions I have to square up on.  The label leverage was a bit too smooth, so I moved it.

Well, I drilled this one up to be my big resin for conditions where particles are too much (which is pretty often).  Bowled today on weekend leftovers and used it with my V2 Particle and Monster Bruiser.  The Deuce fit perfectly in between the two.  The left lane had quite a bit of carrydown and I had to use the V2, but the right lane was a little cleaner and the Deuce really stood out on this lane.

The high RG drill on this baby got it down the lane well enough, but it still read the lane and recovered with pin splattering effectiveness.  I'm really anxious to try it out tomorrow night as the backends should be somewhat cleaner and the heads will be fresh.  I get the feeling the Deuce could be a monster.

Overall, I really like this ball and it is dead on for what I intended.  It's got a similar shape to the V2 Particle, but longer and a little smoother (coverstock).  This ball could well be my nominee for ball of the year.  A big hooker that is on the same level as the medium and light load particles, but can stay in your hand longer.

Note:  Bigger hands and slower speeds should definitely stay away from the stronger drills, the RAD core is a big motor and will burn up.

Fantastic ball!!!
Dont own one myself, but everyone i know who has one loves it, and plays brilliantly with it. Its a good strong ball, can be a bit of a handful once the oil dies down on the lanes.

Bowling in my local scratch league recently against a guy throwing a deuce, i witnessed the best 3 game series i have seen, and probablly ever will, a 265, 300, 300.

Definatly a ball id look at getting in the future
