Ace with 3-4' pin
« on: April 05, 2005, 04:54:31 AM »
I currently have an Ace with 3-4' pin.  It's drilled so that it has the maximum amount of flare (The pin is to the right of the ring finger).  The thing is that I have high ball speed.  When I use it on medium-heavy or medium conditions, it goes past the break point and skids to much.  I put a lot of revs on the ball, but that does not help.

I was wondering if I drilled this ball strong, with the pin under my ring finger, will it have a better reaction in medium and medium-heavy conditions.

Just scuff the Surface lightly with a burgundy scotchbrite pad that Should give you the look you are looking for on a little heavier pattern!
