depth charge drill question
« on: December 28, 2004, 06:58:27 AM »
got a used depth charge that is being fully plugged and ready to drill.  It has a 4 to 4.5 inch pin.

I want the ball to be clean and esy up from with a nice midlane roll and a smooth hard arc at the pins.  Any suggestions on a drill.  I am a rh with pap about 5 inches over and 1/2 inch up.  Slower speed bowler with medium revs, fairly low tracker.

I want to put the pin in (or maybe just below) the ring finger and then place the cg down by the thumb out about 1 inch to the right.  My span is about 4 3/4 so I dont want to put the cg down too low.  A wt hole in thumb positive quadrant would be used to bring up thumb and side to legal.
I have had this drilling on a couple of balls and it really worked very well for me.  Is there any issue with putting the pin in the ring finger??

Is it legal??
