The 2012 Storm Catalog viewable on there website
-
Link to the catalog: http://www.stormbowling.com/docs/12_product_catalog.pdf
It looks as if the Hy-Road will be staying in the lineup for most of the 2012 year, which will mark its 4th year of being available. However, the Marvel solid gets replaced by the new IQ Tour coming out.

The catalog is interesting because it give a glimpse into what Storm considers its league starting point for equipment, especially bowling balls.
Storm is retiring the Marvel, Victory Road Solid, the Natural, and both of the Team Storm spare balls. Interesting to me is that the Hy-Road is still around, presumably due to the love it gets from the Storm Staffers. Also I assume the Victory Road Solid is basically being replaced by the IQ Tour.
The other thing that surprises me with this catalog is the lack of shoes even though Storm is in the process of making a huge push into the shoe business.

Good looking catalog. As for the shoes, can't say a reason they were left out of the catalog but as a Pro Shop operator, I'm a little disappointed with the price points as there are no "entry " level shoes. Might have something to do with being produce by Dexter and not having a shoe priced against the Ricky/Raquel priceing.
Just the same, you know I got my SP2 900 Black /Grey Silver ordered!!!!!!!!

Even though they are being produced by Dexter I'm going to give them a shot...

All,
Let me first start of with I hope you like the 2012 catalog. To better explain the Storm shoe line is not OUR product. We have licensed the brand name to Dexter. I have seen the Storm Shoe catalog, and the Dexter Shoe catalog. Both look great as well! Dexter is producing our catalog, but as soon as we have the file we'll post online too. You don't see the shoes in our catalog as a listed product because that would send mixed messages that you are buying the products from Storm. We are purely advertising the products online with the eventual plan to drive customers to stormbowlingshoes.com which will be operated by Dexter.
I hope that information is helpful.
Thank you,

Thanks for the info Roger. See you next week and then in Reno!!!!!!!!!!!

It is refreshing to have a manufacturer's rep come and give us the whole truth on products. It gives the company a lot of credibility.
Thanks Roger.
