300 with Invasion !!!

On 10 November 2010, I shot 300, 259 and 221 for a 780 series.  This is my first 300 ever.  

The Invasion is a really good ball.

2010 is the first time joining a league since 1999.  Over a 10 year lay off and I haven''t lost much of my game.  

This year HG-300 x 1 and HS-780.

Thanks,  It was the most craziest feeling in the world.  I can count how many times I've been close.  When I got the first nine I was calm, cool and collective but when I finally got to the tenth frame my nerves starting going through the roof. I was trying so hard to keep my nerves in check but my heart was racing and my nerves was jumping.  As I started to throw my first ball in the tenth frame, I was three-forths of the way through my approach, when I totally stopped myself and didn't throw the ball.  I put the ball back down on the ball rack, I so badly didn't want to joke this up.  So, I took some time and I finally got up there and threw the ball with confident, not holding nothing back.  I got the first strike in the tenth frame and I was like oh *hit..lol.  Then my nerves started to get more intense and my heart started pounding even harder.  There was a girl sitting right by the lane saying you can do it and I told her easier said then done...lol.  So I finally got back up on the lane and I was trying to keep my breathing under control.  I threw the ball again with great confidence not holding anything back, strike!  I was like damn, I here to the final moment.  I had so many things running through my head at this time, it took me literally five whole minutes before I would even dare walk back up to the approach with my ball in hand.  The whole freaking bowling got quite, I felt like 2PAC, all eyes on me..lol. I got back up on the approach with my ball and I told my self throw this ball with confidence again, don't be scared of the gutter because my break point was at five and don't pull the ball.  I finally threw the ball and when it left my hand I was thinking, Imma throw a 298 or 299 and BAM! 300 !!! My hands went up and they stayed there for like ten seconds as I embraced the moment.  Then, as I walked off the approach, people I never bowled with was coming up to me and congratulating me.  This was my first time subbing on this particular league and I don't even bowl league at this house.  Talking about a grand entrance and impression.

Awesome story man, I just let one slip by, 296. Columbia 300 burst pin 5" pin under cg kicked out X hole down . The first 11 were awesome shots. threw it like crap last ball. I was not nervous, I have threw 300 before, won't ever experience that feeling again. Any how ride the wave. get another.

first off - nice shooting

secondly a guy in my league shot 300 833 with the Invasion on Sunday.  

too much ball for me but it seems a lot of people are having success with it

I watched him bowl that night while he was subbing. It was impressive to watch and you never would have thought it was his first, he throws a great ball. Congrats again!!
