Title: ??? About the Reign of Fire
Post by: john178 on June 05, 2011, 12:35:56 PM

Is the Reign of Fire a heavy oil ball ?   How would it compare to Track's 715T or 715A?

With the 1000 grit box finish the ball is a heavy oil ball.. Depending on drill pattern that is. The ball rolls extremely early and smooth throughout the lane. I would compare it closer to the 715T with a little more hook.

You almost certainly won't find more hook in this ball's price range

IMHO, the ball would roll out in your backswing without a good amout of head oil

TJ,  what kind of reaction could I expect if I were to use the Rico drilling on a Reign of Fire ?
