After the success of the hyper cell...
« on: January 12, 2016, 01:25:35 PM »
Where is the return shapelock HD...

I'm sure the alpha and the lock are great balls but we know what storm nation wants...and need, certainly don't need another hp ball that's all new that isn't worth a D*mn.

Hyper cell, killer.

Critical, killer.

Roto Grip seems to aim to please...

Dozer-

Original Hyper, Hyper skid, or both?

I ask as I did not have either Hyper...what made one/both so good for you?

We need a new version of the Virtual Energy. No "Nano" particle crap, just the updated version of R2X hybrid thank you.

It's what always made em great, they always roll well regardless of layout.

Besides what we are seeing out of the Nirvana, there is nothing even close to the hyper in terms of all around greatness!

Roto and storm continue to reinvent the wheel with stuff like the crux, or menace and they don't come close.

The skid is a perfect high end pearl, not a complaint out there...

Same thing with the optimist...great effort, still not as good as the marvel.

The hysteria brought back the disturbed core...thank god.

I'm just happy I get a critical theory on the cheap now that it is mid price. And that thing hooks like a mofo...

Cage core just seems like it is hit or miss...thus why I think we are seeing so many places clear out the Menace already.

Did not have a Disturbed, but crossed with Danielle McEwen 2 years ago in a tourney and she threw that ball almost exclusively and killed em with it. Ball rolled great carried from in and out.

The cage core is better on the weaker cover, like the sinister..It will probably shine with a pearl cover and storms magical polished finish.

That is if the menace doesn't kill off the ball...which it probably did

I've never had one, but you can deny that the core in the Cell series is probably one of their best cores ever. They could wrap it in about anything and it would still rollnlike a boss.

From hanks mouth its an assym/sym. On 2 planes its symmetrical, on the z axis (I think he said) is assym.  Making the core kinda unique, I love how versatile layouts are...I don't really think there is a better core across all layouts. (Not that there's a million, but no matter what it does roll well!)

Danielle could make ANY ball look great! But she is smart that's why she signed with Storm!
