I would actually go with a higher end ball such as an anarchy.  Because your going with 13 pounds the 2fast will get into a roll a lot later due to the lighter weight block.  Lighter balls with smaller cores will roll later and have less hitting power.  The anarchy has a bigger weight block in it.  I think you can still get the anarchy down the lane just as good as a 2 fast but I think it will roll a little heavier down lane and will deflect a lot less.
