Angular Dimension
« on: July 28, 2009, 01:26:30 PM »
Anyone here seen the Angular Dimension?

Edit: they are available on bowlingball.com for those interested, they also still have decent weights on the hyper gravity, but not much stock on the perfect dimension or gravity force.

Don't forget the coupon codes if you are going to buy one:

2009SAVE10 = $10 OFF $140

Angular Dimension is the Dimension with different colors and no fruity scent.  It will react exactly the same.  Very rolly ball - good in heavier oil for down and in shots.

Perfect Dimension is more interesting to me - basically the Virtual Energy cover wrapped around Dimension core.  That could be a useful medium loop ball for oil.

But the word angular will help this ball sell because the Dimension was more of a smooth rolling ball as already mentioned and bowlers including myself like a little snappier finish.

Same RG and Diff. and it's a different color Dimension, but you don't get a scent! The Perfect Dimension would be a great choice with the hybrid cover!

Same core and cover, but they are listing the Angular's RG as 2.510 and the regular Dimension as 2.48.  Small difference, but odd since it's really the same ball with different colors.

Uh, no.  Dimension core is 2.51 at 15lbs with .048 diff. same as listed for Angular Dimension.  Again, this ball IS the Dimension.  This happens alot.  For a specific geography they will make basically the same ball but with a different name and color combo because they feel it will sell better.  The fact that we are discussing this means the marketing guys were right.

You're right, storm's site has the RG as 2.51. Bowlingball.com has it incorrectly listed as 2.48
